Dr. Martha M. Joseph is a professional development strategist who provides face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid interactive professional development services to parochial, and small schools. She provides job-embedded one-on-one coaching, and small and whole group sessions for administrators, educators, students, and parents on a school needs basis. She guides schools on how to identify and implement interventions or initiatives for student and school success using her I ACE ITT model-- a model she used to coach a public school, labeled "In need of Improvement" and progressed to 'Meet Requirements' or, from failing to passing. Dr. Joseph continues to build on her success with larger schools and utilize it to support schools with limited resources in the areas of budgeting, scheduling, and staffing--constraints often associated with small and non-public schools.
Dr. Joseph commits to providing compatible quality service to her clients for a fragment of the cost.
Her degrees in Teacher Training, and Educational Leadership along with her years in the classroom both as teacher and then as Literacy Coach make her a well-rounded educator with knowledge to impact educators in any setting. As educational consultant she responds to and win Federal and State funded RFQs (Requests for quotes) bid allocated to non-public schools.
As a content and curriculum developer, Dr. Joseph produces educational resources that encourage students to interact with reading on grade level and then make oral or written evidence-based responses that build writing confidence and improve writing performance in students and schools.
Dr. Martha M Joseph also produces non-fiction children's chapter books that teach character development. As a content developer, she commits to producing writing that meets her clients' needs.
Her creative writing degree from Full Sail positions her to write more contemporary forms such as podcasting and social media and positions herself to do the same for others.
She serves as a communication instructor with one of Florida's top STEM universities. She hosts a half hour radio show which she converts to her weekly podcast; L'Habitille: Habits that Count!
We create "How to" videos for community members who request clarification on the concepts we present and and the resources we produce.

I am a storyteller, but my most lucrative talent is writing. I write and publish children's fiction, and educational resources on the teaching of writing.
Teacher training is my super power.
